The friendly and helpful staff really made my stay enjoyable! However, the outdated room decor and lack of amenities, like a microwave, left something to be desired. 😕

The hotel features a beautiful interior with a nice ambiance, particularly in the lobby, which was inviting. However, the WiFi was disappointingly slow and unusable during my stay, prompting me to rely on my cellular data for connectivity. While the breakfast options were excellent and the front desk staff were accommodating, the overall experience was marred by the ongoing internet issues and a lack of timely maintenance responses.

nice lobby , but inconsistent room quality
The hotel had a stunning lobby that made a fantastic first impression. I especially enjoyed the vibrant decor throughout the common areas, which added a touch of elegance. My room was clean and well-maintained, but I've seen better accommodations at comparable hotels. The breakfast options were enjoyable, particularly the fresh fruit selection that I found delightful.

I had a fantastic time with my friends! We visited the Downtown Aquarium and Houston Zoo, and it was a blast. The hotel was super clean, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a great experience!
One downside was that the shower head was older and didn't detach, which made it hard to wash my hair without getting it wet when I didn't want to.

The kids loved our stay, especially visiting the Houston Zoo and the Downtown Aquarium, which were both just a short drive away. The staff here were incredibly welcoming, and my family appreciated the spacious rooms and comfy beds that made resting easy after long days out.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had an on-site play area for kids.

The hotel has great outdoor amenities, like a lovely hot tub and an enjoyable fitness center. However, the room I stayed in showed signs of wear and could benefit from updates, and there were some issues with cleanliness and room service during my visit. It can be a good option for a short stay, especially if you enjoy hotel dining.

Spacious and serene stay!
Just spent 6 nights with the fam. The lobby's huge, and we loved the big TV in our room! The daily cleaning was awesome. There’s nice parking. Had a drink at the little cafe, great vibe there! The only thing was the ATMs were kinda hard to find.
